Implementation of the Eight Step Workforce Planning Model

This work was successful due to the motivation and dedication of the whole of Sandwell Mental Health and Social Care Economy. This is made up of Sandwell Primary Care Trust, private, independent and voluntary sector agencies,Sandwell Mental Health and Social Care Trust, Sandwell Adult Services and Health, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

The commitment and perseverance of our Service User Reference Group and Carers support team has been inspirational and they participated throughout the project in the role of expert advisors and led on consultation processes.
