Service model identified following mapping exercise
This model is very different to the functionalised model and incorporates
current pathways it shows existing staff mapped and services identified. It
also shows services related to primary care and those related to secondary
care.
Now that this has been developed our future service vision and the database
can now be completed alongside our ultimate 2010 vision for Mental Health
Services
The workforce strategy has now been completed and ratified throughout
the economy
The initial phase of work over the last 18 months is now complete.
The workforce sub-group has worked hard over the last 18 months and are
now accepted nationally as a best practice organisation.
