Sharing and review of the mental health vision, values and existing service model

We re-distributed and marketed Sandwell’s vision and value statements. These had already been agreed and signed up to but it was important that the whole economy had the same value base to start from.As a shared piece of work it was also adopted by some voluntary sector organisations for the values of their own organisations.

Next was the sign up of all Chief Executives, Primary Care Leads, and Human Resource Leads across the economy.This was done not only to encourage participation but also to build in some risk contingency and ensure conflict resolution at a senior level.

A communication strategy was devised which ensured the protection of data collected between organisations.
