Stakeholder Days

To ensure base line information was accurate two stakeholder days were set up to address key questions and to explain the context of why we needed to service map and explain the use of the tool and how to complete it.

The days were aimed at two groups

  1. The key target group operational managers in the local care trust
  2. An independent sector event for stakeholders across the social Care Sector
